Step 1 Review the Return Policy above to determine if the return is eligible for refund
Step 2 Contact 20 Minute Body Customer Service to get a return authorization (RA) number
Step 3 Prepare the shipment: Either write the return authorization number or place the return sticker (located at the bottom of the packing slip if included) on the front of the package
Step 4 Include a note with the return including: Customer Name, item(s) being returned, order number, RA #
Step 5 Mail the package & keep proof of the shipment (i.e. carrier receipt, tracking #)

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once a return is received at the warehouse, refunds are usually processed by 20 Minute Body within 1-2 weeks. The financial institution receiving the refund may take additional time to process and return the funds.
